Living Area: Relax in our spacious open-plan living room, featuring a large sofa, TV, wood burning stove and a dining area with extending table that comfortably seats 8. The room opens onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with views of the Alpine countryside.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen, fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need, including a combi oven/microwave, induction hob, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher & washer drier.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: A versatile space that can be set up as either a double or twin room, with access to the rear balcony overlooking the Morzine valley. The beds are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linens.
- Bedroom 2: Similar to Bedroom 1, this room can be set up as either a double or twin room, with access to the rear balcony overlooking the Morzine valley. Offers flexibility and comfort, with high quality Egyptian cotton linens.
- Bedroom 3: This room also offers the option of double or twin beds, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventure. The beds are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linens.
- Cabin Room: This cabin style room features adult-size comfortable bunk beds with storage space below, creating a fun and snug sleeping area, ideal for children or adults. Ideal for stargazers, with its high galleried Velux window (with electric blind!). The beds are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linens.
Bathrooms:
- House Bathroom 1: With a bath, shower, and WC. Towels, toiletries & hairdryer.
- House Bathroom 2: A modern bathroom with a shower and WC.
Balconies:
- Large Front Balcony: Accessible from the living area, this South facing balcony offers outdoor furniture including bench & tables, with views towards Nyon, There is also a delightful swing seat, perfect for relaxing. On the right side of the photo, you can see the shelter where the free ski bus stops.
- Rear Balcony: Accessible from Bedrooms 1 and 2, this smaller balcony provides a quiet spot to enjoy a morning coffee & the view towards Morzine & Montriond beyond.
Garage & Parking space
There is underground parking with a secure lockable garage, plus an outside parking place, both for the exclusive use of guests. Please note due to height restrictions (1.95m), it is unlikely that a car with a roof box will be able to access the underground parking. There is also a secure community bike store, & bike cleaning station.
There is also a ski locker.

About the Apartment

Large South facing balcony with outdoor furniture including swing seat. - Bedroom 1: Large double bed (180cm wide) or 2 singles (90cm wide) access to the balcony. - Bedroom 2: Large double bed (180cm wide) or 2 singles (90cm wide) access to further balcony - Bedroom 3: Double bed (150cm wide) or 2 singles (75cm wide) Cabin room: Raised double bunk, with storage below. 90cm wide, suitable for adults or children. This room is small & bright with velux window & galleried ceiling, & door for complete privacy. **It is very important that you inform us at your time of booking, how you wish the beds to be set up (twins or doubles for each bedroom).** All rentals include bed linen, towels (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel per person).
